Friends,

I am writing this morning with heartfelt thankfulness. The love and caring you expressed for me in our birthday celebration was wonderful. I am so fortunate to be able to serve Houston Trinity UMC. This is a wonderful place full of wonderful people. People who not only talk about living a Christlike life but in fact work hard to live it.

Thank you for the gifts. Thank you for the food. It isn't every day that I have an opportunity to be presented a roasted pig for lunch. Your generosity and love far exceed what is necessary.

I love being at Houston Trinity. I love each of you. You are the reason that we are growing. You are the reason that our visitors keep returning week after week. Through you God is doing wonderful works in West Houston. Let's keep working together to share the love and joy of Jesus Christ with everyone we meet.
